(Facebook Live) Achievement? Attainment? Something Else? What Really Matters in Education
April 4 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm EDT
Featuring Patrick Wolf, Professor and 21st Century Chair in School Choice, Department of Education Reform, University of Arkansas; moderated by Neal McCluskey, Director, Center for Educational Freedom, Cato Institute.
For more than two decades, the nation’s primary metric of educational success has been standardized test scores, a measure of academic achievement. Should we care about achievement, or attainment? Is either one the right measure of educational success? Join us online for a freewheeling discussion of this topic with renowned education researcher Patrick Wolf. We’ll be taking your questions via Facebook and Twitter, using #CatoCEF.
