The Wallace Foundation’s six-year, $85 million “Principal Pipelines” initiative led to notable gains in reading, math, and leadership turnover across more than 1,100 urban schools, according to a new study from the RAND Corporation.

Gates joins CPRE Knowledge Hub managing editor Keith Heumiller to discuss her findings and some important takeaways for districts and stakeholders across the country.
