(RI) Blended and Personalized Learning Conference
March 31 - April 1
The annual Blended & Personalized Learning Conference hosted by the Highlander Institute has enjoyed significant growth and strong endorsements from the education community over the past four years. Our conference program has evolved to include three strands of information – one for district leaders, one for building principals and one for classroom teachers.
Teachers, principals and district leaders must approach the task of creating high quality blended learning environments from different angles and require resources and examples tailored to their various job roles, needs and interests. However, the multiple decision points across each role are interconnected and depend upon the collaboration and alignment between educators across strands. Consequently, anyone is welcome in any of the workshop sessions. Check the Conference Agenda tab continuously for updates on sessions and program details.
Conference attendance has grown exponentially, with our past three events selling out. We have expanded our presence at the RI Convention Center to accommodate the national interest in our event that has been generated by our partnership with the Christensen Institute and our national cohort of presenters. We are planning for an audience of over 900 this year, and expect to host 500 teachers, 300 building and district leaders and 100 leaders from higher ed, state education departments, and education organizations.
