What’s the best way to improve K-12 education in Arkansas? ACRE research argues that one way to accomplish this goal is by improving school choice through the expansion of open enrollment charter schools.

These schools are given more autonomy by the state than traditional public school in the hope that administrators will be able to offer innovative educational solutions that meet the needs of their students.
