A Bronx teacher has been arrested on charges of punching a 12-year-old student.
Evelyn Tirado, 53, repeatedly hit Brigitte Aznaran and sat on her Thursday at Dr. Richard Izquierdo Health and Science Charter School in Morrisania, the girl said.
