HARTFORD, Conn.— The General Assembly is beginning the process of considering Gov. Dannel P. Malloy's wide-ranging plan to overhaul Connecticut's public education system.
One of Malloy's bills is scheduled for a public hearing on Tuesday before the legislature's Education Committee.
